Whilst we hope that you will love the items you have ordered from us, we do accept that there are occasions when you may need to arrange a return.
We will exchange or refund any item that you are not happy with or change your mind about as long as the goods are returned in the original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss, retaining your invoice as proof of purchase telling us whether you would like to exchange or refund your goods.
In the event of the item arriving damaged, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery, it is preferred if you can send a photograph first of the damaged or faulty item for our records. Once we have received and confirmed the faulty or damaged goods a replacement or refund will be arranged for you.
Unless the goods are deemed defective or damaged, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to Webbs Jewellers (the goods must be in the original packaging). Please retain your proof of postage as without this we are not liable for any items that fail to reach us. Please note that we only refund for the amount of the items purchased and are not responsible for the return postage costs.
