Delivery & Returns
Everything we send out goes by recorded delivery, so it must be signed for in person when it arrives. You’re also welcome to visit us here in Holt – but please note, we’re closed on Mondays (all weekend orders are sent out first thing on Tuesday morning).
- In the UK, then anything you buy before 3pm (Tues to Thurs) should arrive next day.
- If you place an order after 3pm on a Friday, it should be delivered to you on Tuesday.
- If you’re overseas, please ask us about international shipping (all purchases are in GBP).
Is something wrong?
Life is unpredictable. If there’s a personal reason why you’d like to send a piece of jewellery back, we’ll do what we can to help. As long as it comes back to us in its original condition within 7 days, we’ll refund any item you’re not happy with or exchange it, perhaps for a different size (these things can happen).
Give us a call, let us know what you’d prefer.
But if something looks as though it's damaged when it arrives, please give us a call to let us know the moment you find out. We’ll ask you to send us a photo – a picture with your phone is fine – so that we can follow it up.
As soon as you’ve sent an item back and we’ve confirmed what’s happened, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Please note, unless the item is defective or damaged, you’ll be responsible for the postage cost of sending it back to us – it’s best to keep a proof of postage, as we’re not liable for items that don’t reach us.
Any item you send back must be in its original packaging – but we’ll get our team to keep an eye out for your parcel so that we can get a replacement or a refund under way as soon as possible.
